1. What do I need to reserve a seat?
Click on the RSVP tab and follow the instructions

2. Where do I park my car for the event?
Self-Park - You can self-park in the convention center parking lot for free, compliments of the Midway Museum. Just follow the signs when you drive into the Marriott’s entrance; they will guide you to the ramp to self park.
Valet - Valet parking is available at a discounted rate of $4.00 (courtesy of Midway)
NEW THIS YEAR:  a parking voucher from the MIDWAY will be required for self-park and valet service. The voucher will be included in the volunteer/staff newsletter closer to the event date to print out and bring with you. Printed vouchers will also be available to pick up in your department or in Admin.

3. Can I reserve a room at the hotel and have Midway pay for it?
Of course not! But you can reserve one and pay for it yourself at a special discounted rate. Keep in mind that room rates vary day by day depending on hotel occupancy. Here is a direct link to reserve a room at the hotel:

4. How do I get a Vegetarian Dinner?
The hotel will have ample vegetarian dinners for those requesting one. Just let your server know at the time they are serving the entrées.

5. My Santa Claus outfit is in the cleaners. What else can I wear?
The party dress code is cocktail attire. You will find, however, that some like to make the occasion a bit more formal OR a bit more festive and may dress up in quite interesting holiday attire. Some even come in Black Tie.

6. What if I park overnight?
You will get the same discount of $15 (amount paid by the Midway) for whatever your parking charge is from the hotel. Simply present your parking voucher (as described in #2 above) to get the discount for overnight parking.
